About Us

First off, a lot of people are concerned that they might pronounce my name wrong, so I'll get that out there so you know. It's pronounced Shuh-RAY-uh. And if you get it wrong when we talk on the phone, I won't be offended, so don't worry about it.

Now, my family got our first dog when I was only two years old, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. I'm comfortable working with large dogs and small dogs. I've watched every size of dog, from Great Danes and English Mastiffs to Miniature Pinschers and Chihuahuas, and every size in between. Before I started my pet sitting business, I worked at a kennel where I took care of dogs and cats every day, giving me a lot of experience with pets.

As a pet sitter, I've worked with all different kids of dogs, from as young as one week old. I've taken care of many different kinds of cats, both outdoor and indoor cats. I've cared for rabbits, hamsters, small birds, and even turkeys! I've been pet sitting professionally for over ten years now, and I can't see myself in any other profession.

My husband, Seth, came on to assist in 2011 during busy times, while still working a full time job. More recently, he's switched from full time to part time, and helps out two days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as on evenings and weekends.

All of the pets I take care of as a pet sitter, I treat as though they were my own. I love all my animal clients and look forward to working with yours!
